Mission
NAAPE aims to further the professional status of the field of Philosophy and Education by joining other regional, national and international philosophy and education societies in encouraging thoughtful scholarship and a robust exchange of ideas between philosophers, philosophers of education and educational practitioners.

Membership
NAAPE brings philosophers and educational researchers in Canada, the United States, and Mexico together with scholars around the world to further philosophical reflection on education and educational inquiry in philosophy. Conference 2019
NAAPE hosts an international conference annually in the October. The next conference of the society will take place from October 25th to 27th, 2019 on the grounds of the beautiful University of St. Mary of the Lake, just outside of Chicago. To submit or register, click the button below.
